On confirmation of unit(s) with Japan Trades Co Ltd.
we require that (100%) is to be sent immediately to the Company’s Bank Account. Confirmation is based upon first-come, first-serve. Once this amount is received, we then arrange for shipment on the next available vessel. Please note that sometimes vessel names and dates are subject to be changed by the shipping company or delay may occur, there are reasons beyond our control. Now Export Your Dream Vehicle.
For this, we are not responsible to pay any claim(s)Approximately 500-USD$ will be needed to take care of minor defaults, but the most vehicle(s) do not necessarily require repairs. When these units are bought from the auctions there are “As is” therefore, there is no warranty regarding the accuracy Of the mileage on the odometer.
To avoid malpractices during clearance, at the importing country we advise our customers to insured the vehicle which is 1.0% of the C&F price. Also please note after the arrival of the vehicle(s) in the importing country, if there are any major faults in the Engine or Transmission, a notification of such should be brought to our knowledge within 15-days after the vessel arrives. No complaint will be considered after the date has passed.
Export Policy
Japan Trades Co, Ltd Standard Terms of Trade Policy are as follows:
- Unless otherwise stated, the vehicle is reserved for three (3) business days. A minimum 50% payment will be required within the reservation period failing to which will lead to automatic cancellation of the unit(s).
- The shipment process starts upon receiving a minimum 50% payment.
- On receipt of 100% of the balance, we will send you all documents via Courier (DHL).
- A scanned TT copy will be required after payment to avoid any delays.
Shipping Terms:
FOB: Free – On – Board:
This is the cost of the vehicle excluding ocean freight. If you buy the vehicle on FOB price, it includes the cost of the vehicle and all expenses in Japan.
C-I-F: Cost, Insurance and Freight
C&F: Cost, & Freight. (RORO Based):
This is the cost of the vehicle including all expenses incurred in Japan & ocean freight. If you need Insurance of the vehicle, please ask us.
T.T: Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer:
This is the best way to transfer your payments. It is the fastest, safest, and most effective mode of sending payments. Telegraphic Transfer is facilitated by all major banks.
